Who can buy?
Any business. Guests can pay by card at list price; a business account adds your tier or contract pricing, Net terms, saved addresses and team logins.
How do Net terms work?
Approved accounts get a credit limit and Net 30 or Net 45 terms. Each order on terms uses part of the limit, and paying an invoice frees it again. Orders above your available credit can be paid by card or ACH.
Why do prices change when I sign in?
Signed-in accounts see their own price: a tier discount or a contract price agreed with sales. Quantity breaks then apply at 10 and 50 cases of the same item.
Is there a minimum order?
Guests have none. Business tiers have a minimum per order (for example $1,000 for key accounts) so we can ship on the best freight rate.
How do I buy tax-exempt?
Upload your resale or exemption certificate under Account → Tax exemptions. Once approved, tax is removed at checkout for orders shipping to that state.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 pm Central ship the same business day from the warehouse that can send the full order fastest.
Can I return products?
Unopened cases can be returned within 30 days. Custom-printed items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.
