Terms of sale

1. Prices
Prices are in US dollars per case and exclude tax and freight unless stated. Account pricing applies only to the signed-in business it was agreed with. Quoted prices hold until the quote's expiry date.
2. Payment and credit
Card payments are charged when the order ships. Orders on Net terms are invoiced at shipment and due within the agreed term. Overdue balances may place new orders on hold until paid.
3. Sales tax
Tax is charged where required unless a valid exemption certificate for the ship-to state is on file and approved before the order is placed.
4. Delivery
Title and risk pass on delivery. Delivery dates are estimates; we'll tell you promptly about any delay.
5. Returns
See Shipping & returns. Custom-printed goods are non-returnable unless defective.
