Cutoff and warehouses
Orders placed before 2 pm Central on a business day ship the same day from Dallas, Chicago or Los Angeles. If no single warehouse has the full order, we ship what's in stock and send the rest when it arrives, at no extra freight cost.
Returns
Unopened cases can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or credit to your account. Start a return from the order in your account, or contact us. Custom-printed products are made to order and can only be returned if they arrive damaged or misprinted.
Damaged deliveries
Note any visible damage on the driver's delivery receipt and send photos within 48 hours. We'll replace or credit the damaged cases.
